CONTROL OF BOXING.

The Boxing Conference decided that no in-fighting should be allowed, the interpretation of in-fighting to rest entirely with the referee. It "was resolved that the referee's place ie inside the ring.
The question of penalising for fouls was discussed. Though no decision was reached the consensus of opinion was one of disqualification, would go far to cleansing the ring.
