"ALL BLACKS" IN AMERICA.
SAN FRANCISCO, Oct. 4
The New Zealand Rugby representative team played their first match in California to-day against the Olympic Club, whom the visitors defeated by 19 points to nil.
The New. Zealanders scored two unconverted tries in the first half and three .tries (two converted) in the second half. The visitors were superior in scrum work, and their agressive dribbling was admirable. Forward passing, however, brought them several penalties.
The last try scored during the first half was a four-handed pass from the thirty-five yards line after the pistol had been fired calling time.
