AERIAL SENSATIONS.
ANOTHER EXPERIMENTER KILLED. LONDON, Oct. 3. Major George Charleton-Merrick, of the Central Flying School, turned turtle yesterday and falling 150 ft. was killed. This is the first fatality that has occurred with a Shortt hiplane. BERLIN, Oct. 3. When a Zeppelin airship landed at its shed at Potsdam 200 soldiers were unable to hold, it, and it shot up a thousand yards with terrific velocity. Several of the soldiers were injured.
