PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Kamo Town Board, held on Tuesday, the 23rd day of September, 1913, at the office of the said Board at Kamo; it was resolved by way of Special Order that the Kamo Town Board do make and enact By-laws, the object and purport of which is as follows: — (a) Containing introductory and interpretation clauses. (b) Stating offences and penalties. (c) Regulating the construction, formation and upkeep and control of streets and - footpaths and providing for the taking over of private streets, and prohibiting the doing of certain acts in streets, (d) Regulating the erection of buildings and verandahs. (c) Regulations for prevention of fires. (f) Licensing of buildings for public meetings. (g) Making provision for sanitation, structure of privies and removal of refuse. (h) The licensing regu'ating of milk ] sellers, slaughter houses, vehicles plying for hire, pedlars and hawkers and billiard saloons, (i) The good rule and government of the Town District. AND NOTICE is further given that it is intended to confirm the above resolution or any modification or amendment thereof at a meeting of the said Board to be held at the Board's Office on the 28th day of October, 1913, at seven o'clock p.m. A copy of the proposed resolution and By-laws is deposited at the office of the Board at Kamo where the same will be open for inspection during office hours until the said 28th day cf October, 1913.
