WEST'S PICTURES.
Despite the inclement weather a very fair audience witnessed the change of programme at the Lyceum on Saturday. "Adventures of an Italian Model" is ai splendid vitagraph drama depicting Maurice Costello as Martin Chase, the detective. "Captain Barnacle's Waif," another vitagraph drama, tells how a little lad saved the daughter of his benefactor at the cost of his own life. Two very clever animals, a dog and a horse played the principal parts in "The Pony that Payed the Rent." "The Trade of the Gum Bullet" was a very exciting Selig drama. One of the prettiest pictures shown for some time past was "The Tomtit". The comedy element is well catered for in "Popular Betty" (vitagraph), "Weary Starts Things in Pumkinville", and other items.
