LONDON, Sept- 4
The Trades Union Congress at Manchester in view of the continued rise in the cost of living, has resolved in favour of the trades unions' early and simultaneous action to obtain an increase of Aye shillings weekly among all grades of time and piece workers, in public and private employ.
