ENTERITIS IN WORKHOUSE.
DUE TO FLIES AND DUSTHEAPS,
LONDON, Sept. 5
Twenty-eight cases of enteritis have occurred at the Southwark workhouse, and there have been six deaths, attributed to poisoning, from the borough council's dustheaps near by. It is believed that the enteritis is due to flies.
