SYDNEY, Sept. 5
The "Herald" predicts, owing to the death of Mr Andrew Kelly and the consequent critical state of the parties, an early and abrupt termination of the State Parliament's session.
Mr Holman, the Premier, vouchsafed no reply to a question in the Assembly as to whether he was in a position to contradict the persistent statement that the session was going to end next week.
Mr Wade's question of whether the Government intended to issue a writ for the vacant seat also failed to draw information.
The "Herald" adds it is understood that a meeting of the caucus issued a ukase to the Ministry that in •> iew of the closeness of mi nbers Parliament should clor.e without delay.
