MONTREAL, Sept. 3. Mr Gouin, the Premier, has ordered haste in dealing with the Thaw case, in order to show that none of t»e objectionable delays in the administration of the law such as occurred in the United States will be allowed in Canada. The Judge thereupon heard tne new habeas corpus application pwvately, and announced that he would give his decision in a couple of days.
