SHOCKING OCCURRENCE IN IRISH CAPITAL. PATHETIC STREET SCENES. (By Telegraph-Pre3S Assn.-Copyright) LONDON, Sept. 3. Two tenement houses collapsed yesterday in Dublin, and pathetic scenes are being witnessed. Thirteen families were living in the houses. Great crowds remained in tto«i streets throughout the night, many of them being parents seeking their children. Groups knelt on the pavement at intervals and prayed. Rescue work was attended with. much risk and there were several narrow escapes. Two of the resc\iers had to be taken to the hospital. Three children on the opposite side of the street were crushed to deathby the falling masonry. A youth named Salmon saved two children anil returned to save his sister but the roof collapsed and both. were killed. Fifty-three are still missing- at Dublin. Seven bodies have been recovered including those of pedestrians who were passing the tenements, which were old and dilapidated.
