BTLGARIA .-VXD TURKEY.
VIENNA, Sept. 2.
Bulgaria offers Turkey the greater part of Adrianople, reserving Kara galch and Kirkkilisse. She demands the razing of the Adrianople fortifications and the cession of a strip of ten kilometres east of Maritz, giving protection tf> the railway following the river, which Bulgaria intends to make navigable from Adrianople.
