LABOUR COMMITTEE TO VISIT DUBLIN. IXVESIOATIN'G ALLEGED POLICE VIOLENCE. LONDON, Sept. 2. The Trades Congress at Manchester is sending n. committee to Dublin to address meetings in favour of free speech, and to enquire into the violence alleged to be . exercised by the police.
