TRANSPORT WORKERS LOCKED OUT.
230 CIVILIANS AND CONSTABLES INJURED. LONDON, Aug. 31. The Coachbuilders' Association at Dublin has retaliated against the strikers by locking out every member of the Transport Workers' Union. Larkin, the leader of the Transport workers, who is out on bail publicly burnt the proclamation prohibiting the demonstration. He has eluded arrest. The transport workers are pledged not to pay rent until their demands have been conceded. Two hundred civilians and thirty constables were injured in the tramway riots.
