WAXGAXUI, Aug. 28. After being missing over three weeks the body of Frank Neylon was found floating in the river yesterday. At the inquest the verdict was "Found drowned"' CHRISTCHURCH, Aug. 28. At the re-trial of Philip James Kelly, a chauffer, for having caused the death of Ida Bradley on July 24 by negligently driving a motor-car, a verdict of not guilty was returned.
