THE RIDDIFORD ESTATE.
WELLINGTON, April 4. The Full Court sat this morning to hear the case of Riddiford and others v. the Commissioner of Stamps, involving death duty to be paid on the Riddiford estate valued at £256,363, and live stock valued at £72,220. Appellants are the executors of the will of E. J. Riddiford. Highly technical argument turning on the provisions "of the Death Duties Act is proceeding.
