THE WAR IN THE BALKANS.
ATHENS, March 12. The body of Bulgarians who attacked the Greek troops at Nigrita, retreated. Four companies of Greeks who pursued tbem burned the bridges across the river. The Bulgarians hoisted the white flag, and 120 were captured. The Greeks lost fifteen killed and 40 wounded. BELGRADE, March 12. The newspaper " Politica " states that the Austrian Minister demanded the recall of the Servian troops proceeding to Skutari, because the town is designed to be the capital of Albania. M. Passitch replied that Servia was compelled to assist her ally without consideration of what became of Skutari and Salonika.
