FIGHTING IN THE PHILLIPINES.
SYDNEY, March 13
News received by the Eastern Mail steamer states that while charging the rebel Moros' position in the Phillipines Captain Patrick McNally, of the Phillipine Scouts, and six Philipinos were killed, three lieutenants and nineteen men wounded. These Moros had repeatedly attacked an American camp at Tuglibi. Despatch of a punitive column was pursuant to the policy of disarmament of the Moros in Jolo now in progress.
