LEGALISED GAMBLING A MISTAKE

In giving evidence before the Totalisator Commission the Rev. Nicholson, superintendent of the Scripture Instruction campaign, opposed the machine on the grounds that legalised gambling was a blunder. All vested interests gambling, when once created, was difficult to abolish.
