THE HAT WITH POCKETS.
Paris has invented a hat with pockets, and it is strange that no one has thought of it before. Pockets have bo-en tried everywhere else, but never in the.hat. Various sites for a pocket have been experimented with, but (liey have all been solved, and it is strange that so obvious an expedient lias been for :,o long overlooked. The l.'.Odern hat can hold, in addition to
the head of the owner, a sufficient commissariat to enable her to kj.-p at sea for an indefinite period.
