A FANATICAL SUFFRAGETTE.
SAFE FOR SIX MONTHS. (Received Jan. 11, 11.12 am.) LONDON, Jan. 10. Emily Davison, who was arrested on December 24 for placing lighted rags in letter boxes, has been sentenced to six months' imprisonment. The prisoner asserted that her conduct was by way of protest against the injuries to women during the suffragette raids, resulting in the death of three of the injured women.
