PROPOSED NATIONAL STRIKE.
COMPENSATION WANTED.

The "Daily Chronicle" states that, m the event of a British strike, the German colliers will strike simultaneously. Mr Herdman, M.P. for Sunderland, declared that the Labor members would not support Disestablishment and Home Rule for nothing, or be contented with electoral reform. Next session they intended to demand a fanshare of the zime for Labor legislation.
