OVERTIME IHE CHIEF CAUSE.
DUNCEDEN, Oct. 19
Captain Watscn left for Wellington ih'£ morning with proposals suggested by the Union Steam Shipping Company regarding - the marine dispute. These will be submitted to the Merchant Service Guild.
The question, of overtime is understood to be the bone of contention.
