BOUNTY OF WHANGAREI. IN THE MATTER OF "THE LOCAL BODIES LOANS ACT, 1908," "THE NEW ZEALAND STATE GUARANTEED ADVANCES ACT, 1908," AND "THE COUNTIES ACT, 1908," AND THE ACTS AMENDING THE SAME RESPECTIVELY. PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Whangarei County Council proposes to borrow the sum of £7000 under the provisions of the above mentioned Acts for the purpose of forming and metalling the main roads within the Special Rating area known as the Maunu Special Rating District as defined in notices published in the daily issue of the Northern Advocate Newspaper of the 17th and 18th March, 1911, and in the weekly issue of the said newspaper published on the 17th 3ncl 24th March l'.Ul, such Special Rating Area forming part of the Maunu Riding of the County of Whangarei. That the security for the proposed Loan and interest thereon, and the provisions for the repayment of the same shall be an annually recuring special rate of one halfpenny in the £ on the capital value of all rateable property in the said Special Rating District, extending over a period of 36% years, bearing interest at the rate of 3% per cent, per annum until the loan is fully paid off. It is further propose:! to pay out of the moneys the first year's interest. Dated this 31st Day of March, 1911. J. McKINNON, County Clerk.
