BERLIN, April 10
Kowoll, a burglar who shot four people at a colliery in Sile3ia, took refuge with an accomplice in his uncle's house, which the police surrounded.
Pistol shots were exchanged, several police being wounded.
Kowoil was killed, ten bullet wounds being found in his body. His accomplice was captured.
