REBEL VICTORIES
USING ENEMY'S MUNITIONS.
(Received April 10, 10.46 a.m.) CONSTANTINOPLE, April 9. The rebels are shelling Yemen with the captured Turkish guns. Ten battalions have been despatched, to relieve Cettinje.
The Albanians, after two days' fighting, re-surrounded Kastrali and Tazi and reoccupied all the forts except Shipshanik.
Montenegro permits the Turkish wounded to be transported to Scutari via Montenegro.
