LONDON, Feb. 17
The Amalgamated .Society of Carpenters and Joiners, by a majority of 10,000, resolved not to use bicycles during working hours, fearing that vnless the practice were checked it would become incumbent on the men to provide bicycles in addition to the ordinary kit.
