MUST POSSESS £100 EACH.

Emigration agents complain of the refusal of the Victorian Government to accept agricultural laborers under the land for settlement scheme unless ihey are possessed of £100 each, which the agents claim inflicts hardhip, particularly on those who were promised loans which are now refused.
