A TRAIN DERAILED.

MELBOURNE, Dec. 9
A horse attached to a buggy bolted and dashed into a Richmond train vith such force that part of the train was knocked off the rails.
Three persons were injured, the buggy was smashed to splinters, and the horse was killed.
