MERINOS AND CROSSBREDS

LONDON, Sept. 21
The Antwerp wool sales were largely attended, and bidding was animated. Medium qualities were unchanged. Good merinos made an advance of five centimes and fine crossbreds an advance of fully 10 centimes on July sales. Lambs' wool was five centimes lower. Of 34,000 La Plata bales off .-iv ed 1756 were sold.
