The Benzine Case.
NEW TRIAL ORDERED
Auckland, June 25
At the Supreme Court, in the case against Percy Harry Ellis, Harbor Board storeman, charged on 14 counts with the theft of benzine, after a record trial of eleven days the jury disagreed, and a new trial was ordered.
