PA RCA BAY V. GRAHAMTOWN

On Saturday the ladies' team from Grahamtown journeyed to Rukuwai to play the local ladies' team. The home team were under the disadvantage of having been at a dance the night before, but this did not seem to stop them as they beat Grahamtown decisively by three, goals to

nil. The Grahamtown ladies play T ed a -good game, passing well and' back-

ing up, and had on more than one occasion hard lines in not scoring. Their goal-keeper played splcnrtiitlly, an-d was the backbone of the team. As for the Parua team all played

well, but made the mistake of individual play, and passing with no particular supporter in view. They also gave themselves a needless

amount of running, as three or four

could be. seen almost always chasing the ball. It was, however, their

speed and rushes that gained them the day, and they quite deserved

their win. It would not. be fair to pick out any one player more than another, but the brunt of the work fell naturally upon the forwards, of whom Misses K. Williams, U. Morey, and M. Thorburn showed to most advantage, and were responsible for one goal each. Afternoon tea was

provided by the home team, and partaken of on the field. Mr Geo. Tel far, who refereed, gave every satisfaction to both teams.

A gentleman writes :—"Two bottles of Nazol just fixed me up. I had a bad attack of Influenza, Sore Throat, Cough, and Nasal disch a rge. It gave me quicker relief 'than anything I have ever tried."
