Laurier that legislation aiming at the expulsion of Indian coolies wo\ij<l- cause a great outcry in India, and" declares that the coolies are a fine, high-spirited class, and, except for cqlbur, much superior to the Dukfcobors, Galicians, and emigrants of Southern Europe.
