Mysterious Child Murder.
Auckland, January 26; The body of a newly-born 'male child, with feet and hands tied, was washed ashore at the Great Barrier Island recently, and at the inquest to-day the jury returned" a verdict of wilful murder by a person unknown, adding that the child had been stfan* gled after birth. - - Several articles of woman's clothing were wrapped around the body, -anS the child's neck was lied with a piece i*f rope, , * : -The police have made no arrests in wnnection with 4hia t n)yateriouß affair.
