Letter Boxes at Northville, Town Wharf, Mrs Cooper's store, Bank-street, and Mnirtowu will be cleared daily at 7.30 a.m. and 3 p.m. Registered letters for outgoing mails should be presented at the registered letter counter half-an-hour before the advertised tune for . cloving such mails. From Ist January, 1901, the postage on letters and lettercards for delivery within ' the colony or for the United Kingdom, Canada, Siam, India, Cape Colony, and practically all other places in the British Empire, Australia, will be for each half-ounce or fraction thereof one penny. For foreign countries the rate will remain at 2*d as at present.
