The funeral of Trooper Graham took place to-day at the K mo Cemetery. The late Trooper Graham was an Otonga settler, not as stated Mangapai. He was a fon of Mr Thos. Graham, a very old settler, who was at ono time a manager of the Whnu Whau mines in the sixties. A man named James McCain had his left leg badly burned from the ankle to the thigh at Towai yesterday while sleeping alongside his fire, He was brought to the Whangarei hospital hy Constable Beddek to-day.
