THE KENIFFS' TRIAL.
Press Association .—Copyright. BRISBANE, August 26. The trial of the Kennifis has been adjourned until November. Counsel for the accused has filed an affidavit showing that he is unable to procure two material witnesses from the south-eastern part of the colony. The Kenniffs were far away from the locality of the murder at the time, and could not possibly have committed them therefore.
