In the event of only two horses starting in any race 75 per cent of the prize money only will be paid. Any jockey riding except in colours entered will be fined 3 soys. When two or more horses start belonging to one owuer, a distinguishing colour must be worn by their jockies. All persons intending to withdraw horses are requested to give notice to that effect to the Secretary or the Clerk ef the scales; _one hour before starting.
