Terms, &c, on application to — A. M. RUST. Notice to Gumdiggers. I BEG- to give notice that I have leased, and will open the WAIOMIO Gumfields to diggers from Ist January, to December 31st, 1894. Two Pounds must be paid by each person in advance for the privilege of 12 months' digging, or any part of it. All diggers must sell their gum to me, and pay for their starts. Those who object to abide by these conditions need not apply. As it will be necessary to limit the number of diggers, it will be advisable for all who wish to secure a permit to apply at onco to the undersigned, from whom all particulars may be obtained. P. J.
