GRAIN MARKET.
We hear of sales of oats to-day at 3/4 to 3/9, but these sales are not on a basis existing in southern rates, but owing to a very strong demand set in from Sydney. Maize is worth 3/3 on the wharf. New potatoes £6 per ton, fowl wheat 4/6 per bushel, bran £6 10/ per ton. A general advance of £1 per ton in Hour has taken place during the week, and stands, Auckland roller, wholesale, £13 10/ to £13 15/ per ton, household £13 to £13 5/, southern roller £13 to £14, southern stone £12 10/-
