NOTICE is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Whangarei County Council, held in the County office, on Friday, September 28th, 1888, it was resolved to adopt a by-law providing for the prevention of the pollution of streams, and a meeting will be held in the County office, on Friday November 2, 1888, to confirm the said resolutio the said by-law should come into force on the firs day of December, 188 S. A copy of the said bylaw shall be deposited for public inspection at the Post-office, and the County Office, at least twenty-one days before the 2nd of November next.
