Auckland, Thursday. At the Supreme Court on Tuesday, William Noble and Jas. Stewart, for larceny from dwelling house, each received 12 months' hard labour. On Wednesday, Edward Boyle pleaded guilty to a charge of unlawfully wounding, was sentenced to nine months. James McCabe, for breaking and entering, received 18 months. Harry Hallmers, for a like offence, received the same sentence. Jqhn Henrickson, for false pretences, -was sentenced to 12 months' hard labour.
