BRYAN O'LYNN, PY RANDWICK out of Rosalie (dara of Derringer) by Patriach, out of the Flying Doe by the Premier out of Whilimina, Patriarch by Yattendam out of Days of Old, by Irish Birdcatcher out of Days of Yore. Randwick by Barbarian, cut of Gipsy Girl by 1 Kingston, out of Black Bess ; Barbarian by Sii Hercules. BYRAN O'IiTNK (Chestnut Horse) Was bred by the Messrs. Kavanagh, of tht Mauku, in 1879. His breeding on his dara'f side is exceedingly good, as she has the strains of both Sir Hercules, the one through Yattendon, the other in Irish Birdcatcher, who was by the English Sir Horcules, out of Guiccola. Oe the sire's side he has also the same two strains, as Paraguay, the dam of the Australian Sii Hercules was by the English Sir Hercules, OUi of Paradjim. From the combinations of these strains he should get some first-class stock, as they are of the hardest blood, and are free froir any hereditary taint of unsounddess, which is too often found in sires travelling the New Zealand districts.
