Auckland, Friday. GRAIN MARKET. [ Oats (milling), 2/4 to 2/5; bright feed, 2/2 to 2/3 ; Danish 2/,^ market is dull ; wheat, local, 3/1 ; southern, 3/3 to 3/4 ; fowl wheat whole, 2/8. ' Potatoes, local, all but exhausted ; and this market is dependent on ! South for supplies, prices have firmed. , Oamarus worth 70/; Canterbury, 65/ ; local, 55/ with good demand, and likely to be dearer. PRODUCE MARKET. In local produce market no change in prices. Eggs 1/3 per dozen wholesale, 1/6 retail. Best dairy butter worth 1/ wholesale, 1/3 retail; shell brand 1/2, anchor brand 1/2, crown brand 1/ wholesale. FLOUR. Auckland roller, wholesale, £10 to £10 5/; household, £9 10/ to £9 15/; southern roller, £10 to £10 5/; southern stone, £9 5/ to £9 10/. Bran, £4 to £5 ; sharps, £4 10/ to £5. KAURI GUM MARKET. This market is unchanged since last report. Supplies for 27 days of June about 670 tons. We quote : — Fair ordinary 32/ to 33/, best ordinary 34/ to 36/, East Coast 44/ to 45/. MESSRS HUNTER AND IMLAN's WEELLY REPORT. . Horse feed, seed * grain, etc., in ample quantites have been brought forward; bat demand has not been brisk, we quote chaff at £2 10/ to £2 12/6 per ton; oats, 2/ to 2/3; maize, 3/ to 3/3 ; cairots, 30/ per ton. Horses, the numbpr brought forward has not been so large as usual and almost; without exception of inferior stamp. Muster atdDurham. Yards for sale by auction wal scarcely so large as usual, and bidding slow, but most of the lots found purchasers and there remained an unsatisfied demand for good upstanding^ hacks and strong medium, active fraught horses ; we quote hacks frfin £5 to £16 10/; active quick dfrPught, from £10 to £15 15/. Cattllipn increased numbers has been brouoff forward, last weeks values been l^^ly maintained.
