POLICE COURT.
(Before J. S. Clendon, Esq., R.M., and J\ BeU, Esq., .F.P.) HIGHXEY V. CLAEK. This cass came on again for hearing, as a common assault. No new features presented themselves. The evidence was similar to that taken on the previous hearing, with the addition, however, of Mr Clark having been placed in the witness box, and giring corroborative evidence. After a careful and lengthy hearing the Bench dismissed the oaaa, each party to pay their own costs.
