Acceptances and general entries on Saturday, March lOtn, up to 6 p.m. RULES AND REGULATES. J All horses to take their age from the first of August. No entry will be received for any race except on this condition ; that all disputes, claims, and objections arising out of disputes .shall be decided by a majority of the .Stewards present, or whom they may appoint. 'Their decisions on all points concerning the •carrying out of this programme will be final. All protests must be accompanied with a , deposit of 1 Bov.,which sum will be forfeited to \ the funds if the protests be not sustained. Any Jockey riding except in the colours • entered will be fined 3 soys. '■ When two or more horses «tart belonging to the same owner a distinguishing colour must be worn. .The attention of owners is particularly called to this rule. No entry will be received on any pretence whatever after the hpur named, nor without being accompanied with the necessary amount of cash. All persons intending to withdraw horses are •.required to give notice to that effect to the I Secretary or Clerk of the Scales one hour I lefore starting.
