London buyers believe that London market has reached its highest pjoint and will soon decline, l^ast year 3400 tons were sent to New York and before the first half of the present year is over 2300 will have left Auckland for New York, so that that market must also be fairly supplied. Local supplies for four months this year' amount to 2000 tons, average .for year about 6000 tons, about 1100 more than last year's production, therefore a possible fall iof a few pounds per ton may be expected.
