NIHILISM IN RUSSIA.
300 OFFICERS AEBESTED London, April 3. Three hundred Russian officers, suspected of Nihilism, have been arrested, and 20 shot. The spirit of revolution is active and widespread. A large number of officers were implicated in the last attempt on the Czar.
