Runanga for Holland

Tlie following appears in the "Grey River Argus,'" Runanga Notes: - At a meeting of the Miners' -Union, teld on Thursday last, letters were received from the Weßtport Labour Party i,a regard to the coming general election. It appears our member, Mr. H. E. Holland, is to be opposed at election time, the Massey Party having dug up a gentleman "willing to •become a chopping block. The meeting appointed a committee to look atter the interests of Mr.,, Holland in this district. If it comes to a poll in this district, the voting will be very heavy, as there are more workers liere now than at any time previously. Our Westport friends can safely rely on us to give the sitting member, Mr. Holland, a heavy vote in the State eoltfery district.
