WESTPORT
Mrs. Snow, of Wellington, has been paying a visit and the good lady wasn't long in getting to work in the forming of a Housewives' Union in Westport. The Labor Party invLed Mrs. Snow along one evening to one of their meetings and Mrs. Snow gave them a lot of valuable information in the working of Hospital and Charitable work, also of School Committee work the same as is carried out in Wellington.
M,r. H. E. Holland, M.P., for the Buller is expected to arrive in Westport on Monday next. The ladies of Westport are arranging to hold a weir come for Mr. and Mrs. Holland.
