THE WORLD “OFF ITS FEED."
o— Mr Idoyd George is a master of picturesque expression. .Speaking at Bradford shortly before he was taken US he said: “The world is off its feed, it may be because it has taken something which hits disagreed with it. or it is just possible it has gorged itself and it wants a little rest.. And what is mote important is that it should gel that rest without undue disturbance, without etantming patent medicines into its system. The world is getting a pretty stiff brew of bitter herbs and it won’t do it any harm so long as there is no deleterious substance crammed into it.”
